CarePaddy is a digital personal supplies management platform designed to:
Enable care homes to create resident supply requests
Allow families to review, approve, and pay for supplies
Provide tracking, notifications, and audit records
CarePaddy is not a care provider and does not deliver clinical or regulated care services.
To access certain features, users must create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is identified.
You agree to use CarePaddy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the platform for unauthorised or fraudulent activities
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the system
Interfere with platform functionality or security
Families using the platform are subject to:
A monthly service fee of £25
A minimum 6-month subscription term
Payment via Direct Debit or approved payment provider
All payments are processed through third-party providers. CarePaddy is not responsible for external payment processing errors.
Supply requests are initiated by care homes
Families review and approve requests before payment
Orders are fulfilled manually or via third-party partners
CarePaddy does not guarantee availability of specific products and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
Care homes may receive a 10% commission based on active family onboarding through the platform.
Commission is subject to internal tracking and reporting within the system.
We process personal data in accordance with:

Role-based access controls
Secure data handling

You may not:

CarePaddy may integrate with third-party services, including:

We are not responsible for the performance, content, or policies of third-party providers.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, update, or suspend the platform
Introduce new features or remove existing functionality
Changes may occur with or without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform:
For breach of these Terms
For misuse of the platform
At our discretion where necessary
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarePaddy and Techbase IT Ltd are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of data, revenue, or business
Delays or failures caused by third parties
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
In accordance with UK GDPR, users have rights relating to:
