Why We Started
CarePaddy was founded in response to the growing operational pressures faced across the adult social care sector. Many care environments still rely heavily on fragmented manual processes such as phone calls, handwritten notes, messaging apps and informal communication methods to manage everyday requests and family coordination.
These processes can increase administrative pressure for care staff while making it difficult for families to stay informed and involved. CarePaddy was created to help simplify these challenges through a more structured and accessible digital approach.
